☆ Refund/Return Policy ☆

All items sold by Brix & Co Transfers are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review your order before placing as changes cannot be made and orders cannot be cancelled. Brix & Co Transfers is not responsible for any damages to transfers or apparel due to improper use. A heat press is required for all transfers. Please review Pressing Instructions tab BEFORE pressing. Transfers are NOT for re-sell, they are intended for use on apparel only.  

☆ Shipping and TAT ☆

All transfers ship same or next business day unless specified as a "pre-order". Please note if you place an order Friday after 3:00 PM CST the next business day is Monday. Brix & Co Transfers is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You will be instructed to contact USPS to file a claim.
