Brix & Co Transfers Policies

Brix & Co Transfers is not responsible for any damaged transfers or blanks due to user error. A commercial heat press is required for all transfers. No easy press or home irons. Please review the "Pressing Instructions" tab BEFORE pressing.


Transfers are NOT for re-sale, they are intended for use on end products only.

☆ Refund/Return Policy ☆

All items sold by Brix & Co Transfers are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order before submitting as changes cannot be made and orders cannot be cancelled. 

☆ Shipping and TAT ☆

All transfers ship same or next business day unless specified as a "pre-order". Please note - if you place an order Friday after 3:00 PM CST the next business day is Monday. Brix & Co Transfers is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us to open a "Missing Mail Search". No refunds will be issued until your package is declared LOST by USPS. No exceptions.
