Pressing Instructions
PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
HEAT PRESS REQUIRED NO EASY PRESS OR HOME IRONS
Clear film/full color screen prints
Press at 325-350°F for 15-20 seconds with heavy pressure.
Single color screen prints
Press at 350°F for 10 seconds with heavy pressure.
DTF hot peel transfers
Press at 320° for 10 seconds with heavy pressure. A second press is optional but not required. Cover with teflon, butcher paper, or parchment paper and press for 5 seconds.
Spangle transfers
Press at 300° for 7 seconds with heavy pressure. Use a cloth or the end of the shirt and firmly rub the design. Warm peel.
Chenille patches
Cover with teflon, butcher paper, or parchment paper and press at 350° for 15-20 seconds. Turn garment inside out and press again for 15-20 seconds.
Puff screen prints
press at 350°F for 7 seconds with heavy pressure
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT
Not all heat presses are the same - some run hotter or colder than what the temperature is set. Some have uneven temperature or pressure. It is YOUR responsibility to know your heat press so you can adjust your temperature and pressure accordingly. Brix & Co Transfers is not responsible for any damaged transfers or apparel/cups due to user error. I recommend investing in an Infrared Thermometer, you can find these on Amazon.
