This is a patch ONLY - NO T-shirt included. 
XOXO Patch is just under 11".

Press at 320° for 15-20seconds, cover with a teflon sheet, parchment, or butcher paper and use HEAVY pressure. Turn the garment inside out and press again for 15-20 seconds. Please advise to wash on a cold, gentle cycle, inside out and hang to dry or tumble dry LOW. Avoid fabric softener.

A commercial heat press is required. No easy press or home irons.
